espoma soil question potting mix/raised bed mix

Can I use Espoma Organic raised bed mix? What is the difference from that and Espoma organic potting mix.
Last year I used a local seed starting mix from Tilth that was really good I added some pete to the mix just to be safe. I could just used the the tilth but I have a local store selling Espoma Organic raised bed mix for a cheaper price.

Raised beds mixes are not appropriate for use in EBs. The recommended professional container mixes have vastly different physical characteristics. Don't cheap out on the mix, you'll get what you pay for.

Turned out they had both same price so bought the potting soil
