Southern Exposure Seed Exchange, Johnny's and tomatofest.
I initially liked SESE's non GMO and heirloom policy and they seem active towards that end. Always had good luck with their seeds and they seem to have an active customer relations as well. Johnny's carries a pole bean variety that I like and while I am sure it is a common variety, their seeds always worked so I just never bothered to fix what isn't broken.
Growing heirloom tomatoes in Tampa can be challenging but I have had excellent results as long as I have my seeds in the dirt by New Years day, which will keep me in the more interesting heirlooms well into May/June. Tomatofest includes enough information and history that allows me to make good selections for my zone, considering.
