Fungus gnats?

So I've got 10 earth boxes set up.  I am seeing significant numbers of flying insects, both outside the gardens and under the film.  I'm ASSUMING they are fungus gnats as they look a bit like fruit flies.

I've tried putting 1/4 of a mosquito dunk down the reservoir tube, but it does seem to reduce the numbers but not get rid of them.

I'm using ProMix for my medium.  I'm not quite sure why I have so many; though I'm in dry Wyoming perhaps it's just because it's moist soil.

What do I do?  Would putting Captain Jack's bug juice in the reservoir be a good thing?  Is there something else I should be doing?

A followup to my post: Mixed up some Cpt. Jack's Dead Bug Brew and sprayed the soil. Seems to have fetched the fungus gnats - don't see many now. I'll keep watch.

Mosquito bits works great I would assume need to spray the top as well as the reservoir. Just remember what ever you use it needs to be done multiple times to get all the eggs.

I have learned most soil will have eggs so its a good idea to pasteurize the soil if you can. Mostly if planting indoors

I agree with Rotor, fungus gnats are a listed pest in Mosquito Bits IFU.
I use in indoor garden and havn't had fungus gnats for months.
A weekly application for 4 weeks knocked out an infestation I had.
