Has Anyone Grown Zucchini Successfully in an EarthBox?
« on: June 24, 2020, 09:27:49 pm »
Are zucchinis a good vegetable to grow in an EarthBox?

Can you grow regular zucchini, not bush type? If so, how many zucchini plants per EarthBox is optimal?

Can zucchinis be grown vertically, where it does not droop out and over Earthbox, but is supported vertically? If so, did you use the staking system with net that EarthBox offers, or make your own staking system out of wood or something?

Thank you, Nick

Zucchini is good growing on a trellis. You can use the EB trellis or make your own. Zucchini need to be supported. Here's a picture of the cucumbers I have growing on the EB trellis (I've added the hardware cloth)
Why Google, when you have me?
