The electronic rat traps which run on batteries work great, although not cheap I've been using mine for several years.

I'm the old Sun City LInda posting under a new name. Apparently the "new" Sun City Linda" was able to create a new identity with a different email. I could not. So alas you will just have to get used to me as Sunny Linda!  Has anybody heard from Rockporter?

soil for raised bed in not appropriate for SWC like Earthbox. They are for in ground, raised bed growing and as such usually have  manure, compost, sand and other ingredients that will impede wicking.  Off the top of my head I think German Queen is a pretty to very late season producer.   Don't know where your friend is located or how long plants have been growing.

In looking this over I have seen several spammers have already infiltrated. I reported each I found and also sent a private message to admin.  =(

Hi Doc and all.  Global Mod......Excellent!   They wouldn't let me register under my usual name. Probably due to the "unkind" comments I made about their root and vegetable box.  I have three that I use as trash cans. hahahah.

I never did get a sign up link, nor was I ever able to register under Sun City Linda.  Probably because of my painful but true comments about their root and veg boxes. Anyone who cares to look will see all "those threads" are now locked but Fortunately the word has spread on other forums.  Hi to all. Glad to see most of the old stuff has been preserved and can be accessed.
