Title: Tomatoes not setting fruit

I have these two beautiful tomato plants that have lots of blooms but they are not setting any fruit.  I've heard this could be environmental.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It can be environmental, where are you located?

I am in central Ohio.  I had four or five groups of blooms die off, but now it is starting to set fruit.  It was pretty wet there for awhile.  Maybe that was it.  Thanks for the reply.
