Title: Enzymes and/or bacteria?

Forgive me if this has already been covered, but does anyone use enzyme products or beneficial bacteria such as Hydroguard in their reservoirs?

Why?  Through the years I don't remember anyone using anything like this. The wellness package EB offered a couple years ago may have been close. I trialed one and didn't see any differences or advantages.

Thought maybe the enzymes would help break down any unhealthy roots and the bacteria in the res can help keep any unhealthy bacteria at bay???
