Title: Not a veggie problem, I have a rose bush problem
Post by: linear249 on May 14, 2018, 01:40:37 pm
Hi,
I bought a rose bush @ three weeks ago and sprayed it as soon as I got home just in case it was carrying something.  I planted it in a root and veg box.  It has been blooming like crazy and I am keeping it well watered and fertilize once per week with rose food fertilizer.
The plant doesn't seem to be thriving.  A lot of the leaves are turning brown.  I took a pic yesterday and it seems that some of the leaves have little hairs on them.  I'm not familiar with this.  Any ideas.

I forgot to attach the pic.  It must be Monday.

Aline, I'm betting the root/veg box is keeping the root zone too wet for the rose bush
