Hello. Ive begun to grow my first ever of anything in my earthbox kit. My watermelons germinated I’d say around September 11th. Ive been looking at a the leaves twice a day to make sure nothing kills or destroys it.
Today I go looking and one leaf(which is was the lower leaf) is looking quite strange. Ive attached a picture.
I also see one leaf with a web type stuff on it, but I see no worms in site anywhere under the leaves. I was told its a sign of the cabbage worms. I sprayed a bit the day before and now today with Dr. Earth organic yard and insect killer and crossed my fingers. Should I be overly concerned?

And lastly it has rained a bit. Today I’ve also seen a lot more ants on the plant itself.

I forgot to say thank you. I got the message that it was aphids, I sprayed with BT as well because caterpillars was starting to eat the leaves too. This has controlled it.
