Post by: dbernath on September 26, 2020, 08:25:29 am
when planting garlic in earthboxes in new england, should i keep them outside or inside a garage for freeze protection?  What about watering in the middle of the winter???

I wouldn't let them freeze. And I've never been successful growing garlic in my EBs

Thats what I thought, thank you! I've successfully grown it in the ground but never tried in EB's. I no longer have ground space. I'm going to try it but keep them in the garage, there's lots of light and I keep other plants in there overwinter with success. Just not sure about watering. Can't hurt to try🤞
