I'm in central Texas and have had good success with Earthbox tomatoes using the Earthbox planting medium, fertilizer and dolomite. I occasionally have a not too serious problem with blossom end rot, and when I see it developing, I begin treatment with calcium nitrate (the Snack). My question is, should or could I begin treatment with the Snack well before fruit appears or should I always wait until I see the problem developing. I'd rather not lose any tomatoes to blossom end rot.
Thanks

I'd start before flowering
