Close to complete with some summer harvest and want to plant same EB with cool weather crop.  Do I add additional organic fertilizer? More dolomite?  I kind of hope that what I replenished in the early spring will take me a year until I am ready to do next year's spring planting, but really want to do whatever will make for happy plants.  Thanks ...

The recommendation is generally to add fresh ferts and dolomite per season.  Fall replant counts as a separate season.

If you really want to split hairs... it will depend on what was grown (heavy feeder?) or what will be grown (another heavy feeder?). Heavy feeders will deplete the fertilizer, so refreshing is necessary. On the other hand, 2 seasons of light feeders such as beans, you might be able to get double duty out of the fertilizer.

That said, I think it applies more to the stronger synthetic fertilizers. The organics have such low numbers, it makes more sense to always refresh with each planting.

111 EBs and growing... so how come there are never enough boxes??

Thx for adding the nuance Mickie which I had thought about but did not include in my original question.  It also seems to me since the old organic fertilizer is not being removed from the box (unlike the inorganic in panty hose) then to some extent you are not throwing away money as virtually all of the organic that one ever adds to an EB will be available to plants.  So as long as one does not over fertilize and risk throwing off "soil" chemistry that adding some fertilizer for a 2nd crop makes sense, and then perhaps adjusting how much extra is added based on what had just been grown and what is about to be grown.  Seems like, you gotta feed them and water them, if you expect to harvest them and feed yourself and friends!
