The day my order arrive I received an email with the discout code "OPTIN" for a 10% discount on future orders. That offer is useless to me but might be of use to everyone else. Please share this with any earth box friend.
I am thinking about sending my order back and reordering using the discount code.
Earthbox's practice in this area seems fishy if not deceptive.

Let no good deed go unpunished. Earthbox offers you a discount on future orders and you bash them. Class act.

Not fishy or deceptive, but a quite common practice in the retail industry.

It will likely cost you more in shipping costs to send your order back than what the coupon is worth. Your time is valuable too and it will cost you in that regard as well.
I would recommend you keep your order, and like the others said you will likely be ordering more once you see the results you get!

Sorry about that, I was in a rush that day. Yes that special is from an Earthbox flier sent in the mail.
I bought several replant kits so I could get the 7.95 price. I'm glad I counted what I'd gotten. They'd forgotten the free one. Earthbox sent me the free one right away--but I'm glad I counted!

LMAO Talk about ungrateful! Haven't you ever heard of repeat customer discounts? LOL Even your grocery store does it...remember the coupons that the check out lady gives you to use next time you come in? or their discount card to get the special prices? Hmmm... I received the code for the re-plant kit. Though lovely, I'm able to fill my boxes locally, so guess what! I used yours and saved myself almost $20 bucks... Thanks!

I went to www.mastergardening.com and purchase 4 boxes, granted they were $49.95 but included casters, fertilizer and dolomite and used the COUPON CODE" CJFALL and saved 20% and Free Shipping for orders over $125.00 This came out less than I could get them with shipping anywhere else. Just thought I would like to share this with anyone thing about buying a large quantity.
