Hello folks - new here
I'm in the office today and decided to plan out my garden instead of work. (Don't tell my boss!!)
I have a little studio with a balcony. Bought 2 EB last summer. Planted, Goose Creek, Ananas Noir, Black Trifele Maters and 2 zucchini. Despite the bad weather, I did get some fruit from everything except the zucchini. Also planted alpine strawberry in windowboxes (fruit too small to be worth it) Various herbs in a grow bag. (did very well)
This year I plan to squeeze 3 more EB onto my balcony. Would like to try Paul Robeson, Carmello, Sungold, Sweet baby girl this go around. with some lettuce, spinach and arugula. A little scared to try eggplant. My 2 zucchini plants had all leaves and flowers-no fruit. But it was a very pretty living curtain of green and yellow cascading to the first floor. Maybe they were the same sex.
Anyway. Its was so much fun. Cant wait to get started. I've been cruising the online catalogs. Wish I had more space for more boxes - 5 may be the max. Hhummm can I get 6?
I luv container gardening!!
