Just wanted to share a photo of my "Multipik" squash doing well in my Earthbox, first timer. Have already purchased another EB for lettuce  . Not sure if I attached the image properly (doesn't show up in the preview). Tastes very mild. "Squashy". Nothing too exciting, but tastes like regular squash to me. I don't have a very sophisticated palate though. |

Squash are definitely on my EB list for 2010! After seeing how well the cukes did this year in one, and being disappointed in the zukes we had in the 8-gallon pot, my wife wants another EB for squash. Not really a tough sell for me!  |

Just now seeing the seed question, a little late  Got the Multipik seeds at Johnny's Seeds. The other squash that did really well for me (and was the family favorite flavor-wise) was 8-Ball, also from Johnny's. Recommended! Doing both again this year. Here's a pic from last year that shows 8-Ball:  This year, the 8-Ball is by far the most vigorous in the EB. |

Looks great!!! I'm hoping to acquire a taste for squash this summer - seeing as I'm growing my own. I've got black beauty zucchini and straight neck yellow squash. Any recommendations for mild mild tasting squash? nothing tooooo squashy?

I like the Multipik and 8 Ball--both very mild to me, but I'm no foodie so not sure I'd know any difference.
