Just got my new Earthbox watering system. It won't shut off when the box is full. I have the regulator higher than the fill tube. Any other suggestions?

To rule out a malfunctioning valve, try the waterglass test:

1.  Take out the valve from the EB fill tube. Water should be dribbling from the little opening.
2.  Fill a clear glass with water (I estimate the height of the water in the reservoir)
3.  Dip the bottom end of the AWS unit into the water.  If the dribbling stops, the AWS is working. The problem is in the box. It must be absolutely level.

If that doesn't work, then it sounds like something is stuck in the open position of the valve. Perhaps some debris found its way around either the pressure sensor in the tube or up in the head where the switch is. Have you tried submersing the whole thing in a nice sudsy bath and giving it a good swishing around?

If the valve is nice and clean, then I would check Donald1800's test for finding an air leak by submerging the valve head in water and gently blowing into the tube. If you see bubbles, then you have an air leak and the valve needs replacing.

You're lucky. I can't figure out how to order extensions, units for my expanding EB garden!

The way I understood the discussion from before, if you need to expand the system (you can put 30 on one regulator) the best thing to do is call Customer service and order.  Then you can ask them to give you a break in the shipping.

The valves are on the website, but the automated billing system will charge you shipping for each valve ordered when several could be shipped for that price.

Also, make sure the BOTTOM of the box is level, not just the top...
