I was just watching this show on TV and he did a segment on the Earthbox. He didn't name them by name, but he called them self-watering containers. They sure looked like the EB. He had 3, growing tomatoes and eggplants. However, one of them had the fill hole cut into the bottom front of the box. The other 2 did not have a cutout, but I didn't see the fill tube. One had a red cover. Maybe they were a different brand, but he stated that they were growing amazingly well.

There is another brand of planters that look like EBs. The only reason I know is that the brochure was included in something I ordered this past spring.
And, no, I did not order them. My other planters are gorgeous pottery containers. I have 3 strawberry jars.
